By using this website or engaging Selezione to arrange a luxury travel or lifestyle experience in Oman, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Role

Selezione acts as a concierge and booking intermediary, arranging hotel stays, vehicle rentals, yacht and helicopter charters, guided tours, dining reservations, and real estate or business setup connections on your behalf with independent third-party providers. Selezione does not itself own or operate the hotels, vehicles, vessels, restaurants, or other services it arranges.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings are arranged directly with you based on the details you provide. Pricing, availability, deposit, and payment terms for each service are confirmed with you at the time of the request and may be subject to the individual policies of the third-party provider involved.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by service and provider and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Where a third-party provider (such as a hotel or restaurant) has its own cancellation policy, that policy applies to the relevant booking.

Liability

Selezione makes reasonable efforts to arrange services as requested, but is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of independent third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, Selezione's liability is limited to the value of the specific booking or service arranged.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for legitimate inquiries and to provide accurate information when submitting a request. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Selezione unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
